I'll prolly make it to Gencon Socal, since I live only a bus ride away. Problem is remembering when it is.

I'm definitely going to be at Indy. If GAMA was at the end of the month I could probably go because I'm going to be in Phoenix and it's not too far away :/

Only if DA-HQ will sponsor the plane tickets!!!
Otherwise it'll just be GAMECON-Malaysia for us
I am trying to get to Gen Con Indy. Plus Dragon and Warfair.

Stratford, Ontario, March 24, 25, and 26. Probably on Saturday as I hear that is the best time to go...
I will be at GAMA
Probably do GenCon Indy. Maybe SoCal. I think I have a friend's wedding around Origins this year.

I just got back from my only yearly convention, the fairly small SheVaCon, last weekend. I brought my rule book and warband with me, which people responded very well to, one of which was more impressed with the DA rule book than the Confrontation one.
Hopefully next year some other VA residents might have a presence there, as I'm probably going to try to get an art booth next time. I'd still like to play my first freeking game! And I think that a con is my best bet.

Of course, I am going to KublaCon! If you havent been to this convention, why not come out to San Francisco on Memorial Day weekend? Visitors and special guests often remark that it is the best con they go to.
And I would love to start seeing Dark Age minis entered into the KublaAwards Painting Competition.

I will be at the GAMA Trade Show here in Sin City, and Dark Age will have a presence at Strategicon Memorial Day weekend. Either myself or the Lord Of Excess will be down there doing our thing. Maybe both of us!

Looks like I might make Gencon Indi for the first time this year! Place this in conjunction with a family visit to the mid-west makes this possible.
Strategicon http://www.strategicon.net three regional conventions are always on my list (presidents day weekend, labor day weekend and memorial day weekend) exclude me from many other conventions.
And being a local, I would never miss Gencon Socal!
So I guess my dance card is full!

Off topic BUT.....I love the happy jumpy mouse that LeadAsbestos is using for an icon!

saevus: I forgot all about SheVAcon. Are you going to make it to Coldwars? If not, I'd be happy to run a game if you're ever up this way.
The main cons I go to are Gencon (Indy), Coldwars (HMGS) and Fall-in(HMGS).

I hate you all... some day I'll travel around the world and attend both GenCons, Salute and other cons (I'm interested in a german one and another two or three in the States and UK)

I probably will not make it to any other conventions this year as SheVaCon is the only one my friends went to en mass. Because of a falling out with a friend of mine and my need to show my artwork, I might be a little more free to attend others next year.

Gen Con this year is going to be really cool. I have some intresting stuff in the works. ;) Can't say much about it yet, however expect to hear more later this month on what we have coming up!
In the meantime PM me with any questions in regards Gen Con and other events!

I got my holiday time booked for Gencon Indy . . . now just the babysitting, budget and wife hurdles to overcome.
LeadAsbestos: Are you going to Hotlead? Will there be DA there? I've never gone, but could be convinced. Is it a big venue ( by CA con standards that is)? I had heard it was mostly historicals

Harlequinn and Pyrrhus doing GenCon again I see. I'll see you there then. Maybe I'll jump into one of those tournaments I'm sure your planning, heh. Oops did I type that?

@Pyrrhus- I was thinking abt going to get into the Bob Murch Pulp game, and to pick up some of his swell Pulp Figures line. Pr0fane had no idea abt this con, so I'm guessing no DA.
Maybe we can plan to invade for next year. They seem open to just abt anything, as they have a lot of historicals, but pulp, LOTR, and the various Warhammers as well.
I have been wanting some of Bob's Pulp Miniatures for a while but am trying to focus on figures for the two miniatures games that I am actually playing right now, Dark Age and Warlord. Still I want to do the Sang Brotherhood (Pirates from the Phantom)

*chuckle*
The events this year at Gen Con will be a bit diffrent. We will be having at least two tournies (which all are welcome to "jump into"), demos, and something......intresting. ;)
When all is said and approved, I'll have a big announcement up. Stay tuned.
