Anyone want to Trade?

I'm thinking of putting up a list of my extra DA and a list of mini's I need, to see if anyone is willing to trade some mini's. Am I wasting my time, or is there anyone out there interested in trading a few?

Hopefully trades will be of similar value and not something like my Luck'kit-kaii for your puds kinda thing. Also mine are all in original blisters and I'ld like to receive similar.

Feel free to put up your own lists on this thread as well, if you are interested in doing so. Mods, feel free to move this post if it isn't in the proper area.


PS. To stop the comments, I have tons of early mini's I bought quite some time ago (my Drag slaves are all the larger model). Way more than I need. For example I have 9 Warheads, 6 Soul Wardens (Number 1 :P), 6 Deadlocks, 6 or 7 Haniel blisters and many more.

Yes, there were only 10 made. I do know the whereabouts of 4 definitely, so I guess it's possible that DrRazr has the remaining 6, but highly unlikely. Especially since one of the ones I do not know the current location of was painted then sold.

Hey Magpie, I have a similar affliction. They arrive, I pull them out of their blisters, do the flashing and drill holes for pinning. Sometimes I even get them assembled, then they collect dust for a while.

The mold broke. Just take a look at the mini, it was definately pushing the envelope of the art form!

In going through my mini's again, I saw a lot of stuff and mixed that up. I was trying to hurry post that before work. I wish I had the #1s as they rock. That was the first pic I have seen of them.

I didn't get many takers on that trade thing. I have some 300 or so DA's that I went through. I showed my list to Pyrrhus at GenCon '05. That was me in the pic that said "Oh its in Centimeters" from when I took the demo.

Well, IIRC, this was a sort of test run and yes, it did wreak havoc on the mold. We do have semi-plans to have #1 recast and offered as a kit since it is too elaborate for the casual gamer. And maybe as a resin kit. We'll see.

You indicated that you would post a list of what you had, and in the teaser you mentioned your Soul Warden (and everyone got excited :D ). But I never actually saw you list of haves.

Yes. I really did screw up the Soul Warden #1, enough to get my thread hi-jacked.

The first post was asking for interest and I got very little response, except for the #1.

I just didn't want to start digging and typing if there was no one willing to trade and I really don't want to do it just for someone to look at, as It is all in a huge christmas tree plastic box. I understand that most people just buy what they want (I bought in bulk), and that would make it difficult to find people with extras. I can see the reason for keeping extras to try new things with, but I am more interested in getting complete armies, now.

I'm just going by the book and putting together each mini at max squad size for 1000 point games (each). So I can mix and match at will. Those mini's I listed ealier are all I need of Mark and Drag to achieve that. I'm just going to trade off the rest, I think, (except a couple extra Ice Elementals). I wish I had a better handle on the other two before I start trading off. I may just go by the Quick Force Stuff.
