Shouldn't KELTA’RIK have availability unique, 1 Soul Warden per 100 PV?
Or is it intended that I can field 2 Soul Warden in a 1000 PV game

I would guess that you can field 2 soul wardens in a 1000 point game but only if one of them is Kelta

The 2nd printing has these restrictions in it. 1 Soul Warden per 1000 points.
