He wont have time for having a birthday, he'll put in on "the list" at most

LOL. How did I miss this post? ...and the fact that I have a birthday looming? Oh, now I see why...it's way down on my ToDo list. Correct assumption, Stunke.
But no, no celebrations planned. What's 42 anyway? Just the answer to the question "What is 6 x 7?". Girlfriend's out of town at a conference and I'm up to my eyebrows in ToDo items so it'll be business as usual.
...maybe I'll sleep in and then paint something later.

Yep, that's me...20 still.

What's 42 anyway? Just the answer to the question "What is 6 x 7?".Oi! Maybe my memory is shot (nothing new there), but isn't that the ultimate answer to the ultimate question of the universe?
Pr0fane
07-28-2006, 10:57 PM
LOL...yeah, I think so.
...but what's the question?
Stunke
07-28-2006, 11:08 PM
I think the machine was only able to answer the question, not ask it.
Douglas Adams... odd fellow.

The TV series gave the answer, but I'm too mean to tell you what it was. :P
DA_Magpie

The answer was 42, its the question that gives us trouble. However if we ever find out what it is then the universe ends so maybe its best left alone.

I've stopped hitting on longhaired men.
Actually I've stopped hitting on men in general.
But happy birthday anyway.

I've stopped hitting on longhaired men.
Quite a relief I assure you.

Habby Birthday (sorry, a little late, I missed this thread while staring at little Iraqi looking buildings . . . so easily distracted).
Sorry to hear your B-days are like mine. No different than any other day . . . . .

Thanks Jeff.
It's all good though. I've had a mostly quiet day. I've been working on assembling a few more Dragyri minis. I went and bought myself the Earth2 DVD boxset and started watching that. I slept in. Yep, pretty quiet.
Mein gott ein leiderhausen; I'm boring.

The answer was 42, its the question that gives us trouble. However if we ever find out what it is then the universe ends so maybe its best left alone. It gave the question as well, that's what I meant. Damn semantics...

Mein gott ein leiderhausen; I'm boring.
What the... Thats a german sentence, but I don't know what it shall mean.
What's Leiderhausen??? Never heard of that.
Pr0fane
07-30-2006, 08:18 AM
LOL. Leiderhausen are those funny shorts you guys were to Oktoberfest.
Aselan
07-30-2006, 09:19 AM
You mean Lederhosen??
The leather pants? :D
DA_Magpie
07-30-2006, 09:31 AM
Don
Aselan
07-30-2006, 09:59 AM
Sure we always wear them. Everywhere. Under the shower, in business-meetings...
Hm, so if Lederhosen are boring this is an insult against germans, since all germans wear them, we're boring.
Well then. I can live with that. I'm an economic and I am boring... :D Well I'm not yet an economic... hopefully I pass that test on wednesday
:spanker: Go back at work lazy scum!
Stunke
07-30-2006, 10:14 AM
No, Lederhosen er funny, thus germans are funny. You're looking at this completely wrong.
But good luck on the exams.
Aselan
07-30-2006, 11:14 AM
Thanx!
Pr0fane
07-30-2006, 02:00 PM
Oh, I spelled it incorrectly...my bad.
And of course, it was meant to be funny. If anybody were to try to imagine an almighty deity walking around in funny short leather shorts..wouldn't that make you chuckle?
Stunke
07-30-2006, 02:19 PM
No, I'd be infuriated, I'd boycot icehockey and would burn your embassy right away.
Leiderhausen.
IIRC
leider means sorry as in: Leider nicht = sorry no; tut mir leid = I'm sorry about that.
hausen = houses.
Correct me if I'm wrong but leiderhausen would translate into sorryhouses or something... but that IS funny. :insane:
Aselan
07-30-2006, 02:34 PM
That's right and was funny, since in the context it made at least some sence. :D
And don't worry, Pr0, I doupt that anyone would be insulted.
