Looking for small crystal shards

I'm trying to wrack my brain about where I could find some small sized crystal shards, preferrably plastic. Any bright neon color.

Ideally it would be the consistancy of small pebbles, larger than sand.

I am thinking that I would use them as ground cover on my Dragyi large models.

I will do some searches of the internet, but I thought maybe you blokes might have some ideas also!!

I usually have tons of them when I roll stones. Find a rock shop. otherwise you can use the more dangerous method of hitting a rock with a hammer. put the rock in a cloth bag like a sock and wear safety goggles.

You could also try a pet store and look for aquarium supplies. They tend to have some pretty psychadelic stuff.

Some hobby/arts stores have decorative gravel. A stone store is probably your best chance.
