Ok, after Gencon (AG) and I now have 1630 pts of forsaken. Can I mix and match from different Saint lists if I choose say, a Warwind for a commander or should I stick with the flavour of the forcelists? for instance using a reaver or shades along side a condradiction

For friendly games, you can of course do whatever you want. However, for official play, you'll have to stick with the force restrictions. You can always add the additional Saints after your first 1,000 points.
Having said that...MrSota is the Rules guy so I'll let him expand on this. And maybe even correct me. ;)

You basically choose a force list to play from. ie, Mark or Mary for now, and you may take all or any from that force list. If you choose Mary, you can field all the basic troops and you MAY take Clergy Anns, Contradiction and Flense, but you do not have to. Your force can be led by any of those mentioned, or a warwind or no one at all. There is no rigid structure saying that you have to have leaders, you can field all Banes if you wish. However, if you do choose the Mary list, you may not field Reaver, shades or Junkers, unless you play a game over 1000 points and use points from the second 1000 to field units from a second saint. Hope that makes sense.

OK Thanks, I have both St Mark and Mary. I can see where fielding over 1000 pts may not be that hard to do. As a thousand pt game would take maybe an hour and a half. It's nice playing a game where you don't have to run back to a 100 page FAQ every time you move

There is one slight groove that I like to clear up before this thread goes off the the thread-graveyard.
When you want to play with more than one saint, what you basically do is:
1) You pick up ONE of the armylists and create an entire 1000 point army from that one particular list.
2) Once you've done that, you can pick up the other saints army list, and choose whatever you like from that.
You have to have the full 1000 points of Saint "something", before adding in goodies from saint "anything"

Any estimate on the release date for these 2 saint's forces?

Unfortunately no, they're an indefinite work in progress.
I've seen extremely cool greens for Saint Anything though, but I think they were scrapped due to redundancy.
Oh and welcome to the boards.
