I'm going to cheer for Forsaken there's a couple reasons for this.
1. I'm a human and can relate to the plight of the foresaken
2. Thongs + Chicks + fire are like a double hot or something
3. I'm building a St. Mark army and have a Weaponsmith, Sister of Compasionate Narcotics and I'm interested in hearing how they were used.

I don't know...I suspect Punky will be using his favored Air Caste...in which case you're likely in for a severe whupping.
Good luck.
My two favorite armies are the Skarrd and anyone playing against the Forsaken! :D

I take it the weaponsmith will be laying out his superior maintenance on himself, firestorms and St Mark. Too bad you can't give one each to the firestorms
Yep Rua hit the nail on the head with the superior maintenence counters. I was hoping to get some painting in, but drinking beer is more important. It should be an interesting match by the time Punky gets here I will have drunk about one and a half growlers of porter (growler is a half a gallon of beer that can be purchased for 4.99 from a local brewery)
Well first of all no crossdressing was involved, both parties were heteroly dressed in the proper attire.
Photos were taken but it will be tmrw until they are posted.
And Punky did lay a smack down upon Mark.
Punky's Air Caste was the following:
Yovanka
Whisper (3)
Soul Splitters(2)
2 units of 8 Sling Slaves each
Shard Slaves (3)
He said he would post later today.
Highlights, hmmm gave superior Maintenance tokens to Mark, Firestorm leader and Sister of Compassion. Each Firestorm was hit once, and each Firestorm failed her Kaboom roll  of course there was collateral dmg. Weaponsmith mal'd twice but only wounded himself once, whispers took him out of my misery. Mark mal'd twice in a row with God's Light, TWICE, one SM token burnt and made the armor save for the second mal. With all the mal's I rolled I should have been playing D&D, I would have been hot!!!! Punky didn't roll very many mal's but he did miss quite a bit, and if he did hit I made my armor saves easily. Out of 6 turns I only won init once, so the dice gods were being unkind to me tonight, still it was an enjoyable game and if anything rminded me why Brood are better than Forsaken :P

OK, so we played. Please understand that the Air Caste list I am using is an alpha-[laytest list, but so far it seems to play very balanced. My die rolls suck ttal ass half the time, but the other half I sometimes hit, and that kind of carries the game for me. Overall i was very impressed with my Whispers and Yovanka, and my Slingslaves utterly failed me this game and I was less than impressed with my Soul Splitters. What DID impress me was the two units of Banes each with a Grenadier. Forsaken Generals, this is a winning combo. I will be placing an order for this set-up soon myself. Go Grenades!

I recomend tossing the grenade rather than the grenadier. And you might want to toss it into your opponents squads rather than your own.

waynes got some sound advice, my misguided grenadier tossed a grenade into his own squad and killed himself and 2 buddies
id reccomend against that, usually...

Punky's forces ready for battle!

Punky wins initiative and has his shard slaves advance and lay shard mines
http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l94/waaagh1/CIMG1488.jpg
A firestorm jumps the gun tries to kill a salve or two, rolls a MAL, yes this sets the theme for the Forsaken the whole game

Punky advances his sling slaves in a nice tight formation for my Grenadier to target

Mark tries to soften the Whispers up, each with one wound, but he fails to hit home, of course.

Last round of the game here's whats left
the init roll.............

The blurry orange dice is a roll of '18' I finally beat Punky!
Last chance tactics, I really need the Grenadier to hit Yovanka, but alas he misses and it deviates back onto him
After the dust is stelled here's who's standing....

Looks good, Though I must argue most of the pics show just the dragyri forces, none of the forsaken
I gotta ask what did you use to laminate the templates?
Yeah, well I didnt want to embarras myself with unpainted minis :D
As for laminating the templates I went to Kinkos and had them copy the pages onto the thickest cardstock they had, then cut them out and had all the templates laminated with enough room to trim around them.
