Needle Question

When using a Sister of Compassion do you have to declare if a shot from the needle gauntlet has to be healing or poison before hand?

It is pretty obvious really, if you are doing it to a friendly, it is a heal and if it is an enemy it is an attack, no?

That is correct, auto Defense against Friendly units, auto Offense against non-friendly units.

ok, I was hust wondering as I was in a game where the healing shot missed the intended target and ended up nailing the enemy. SO the chemical cocktail in those puppies is speciffically tailored to Forsaken DNA & Metabolism and whatnot?

Can she use her range attack to heal? I thought she had to be in BtB in order to use the heal part.

Yes she must be in BtB to use it in Defense mode.
