Quick Banger question

Just a quick question. I noticed that the Banger in Evolution has a range for his pistols of 20. The also have FA (5). Is this a typo or can he choose to either fire the 20 cm or go all Matrix style Full Auto?

I love my banger. He is perfect for killing a large mass of stuff on the other side of my bane wall. Where most shooters have to pick a gap and hope they hit one thing, he picks a gap and shreds a ton of stuff on the other side.

Just be careful. "All Units whose bases are at least partially within the Full Auto distance are affected by the attack." Flip the kill'em switch and you might be tearing some holes in your own units. Especially with Targetting Priority issues. (hint, hint, Osiris)
