noob with some very simple questions !!!!!

Hi all, I'm evil Elvis and am a new guy to all this :D

i havn't picked up any rule books as yet and am unsure where to go with my first choices, but have a few questions regarding getting my head around some of the rules (to help me decide what to get)
this questions are basic but if you could take five to answer them as to start me off.

i havn;t played many games with AP so not sure how it works but...
am i correct in saying for movement you can move as many times as AP you spend? eg 3 AP will allow me to move 3X my move value?

also regarding combat... each AP as i understand allows you to use an attack 'box' and use all the attacks with in it. can you spend lots of AP to make lots of attacks or are you limited to 1 attack per round?

i notice some attack boxes have two attacks in them so each AP allows 2 attacks (basicly)???

if i have 4AP and two attacks in one box does this meen if i spend all AP on CA i would do 8 attacks, effectivly ?????

Spot on. Banes with 3 AP and 5 Movement can go a max of 15cms if they so wish.

That all depends on the RF (Rate of Fire). If theres a -- there then you can attack as often as you have AP. If there is (for example) a 2 then you can't spend more that 2 AP using that weapon (although if you've got another weapon you can switch to that (except in a few - very rare - circumstances, like Power Drain).

Provided there's not cap on RF then yes. Otherwise if you have (for example) an RF of 2 and 2 attacks per AP (eg Dedlock) then you get 4 attacks with that weapon per turn max.

As far as rulebooks, the stand alone core rulebook called Essence is pending a release this month with fully errata-ed rules and some other goodies as well. The book Genesis also ha the core rules, along with St. Mark (Forsaken) and the Dragyri Ice Cast. The other books are exclusively force lists with associated fiction. Exodus has the Skarrd Toxic Cult and St. Mary and Evolution has the Brood and St. John.
