This may seem like a stupid question but i need to find out I am correct. According to the way i am reading i am reading genisis, A unit can only attack a model that is in it's front arc? And you can only spin the model during movement?

First: Generally, yes. A model's Front Arc is also its Attack Arc (or "Firing Arc") unless otherwise stated on the Model's profile (see Dragryi Ice Elemental for an example of the exception).

Models may only make assaults through their "Attack/Firing Arc"

Second: A Unit may change its facing, attack, and firing arc freely during its own Activation with the following restrictions:

he is asking this question due to the "saber" topic, if she gets behind you she isn't charging (and doesn't get the bonus for) so he think that there is no way she can be attacked back because of this. I said thye dont get the free spin but during their activation may spin to see her.

No such thing as a stupid question except the one that isn't asked.....

You are right the Unit that is affected by Saber and the Assasination rule does not get a Freespin, so you get the Back Strike bonus too. Yes if the Unit desired (and was still alive) it may turn to face Saber during it's activation. Granted remember this is a big chance unless you're like me and you never win initiative.

So to be crystal clear, you can turn to face Sabre during your activation by spending 1AP ( as a move action)

That sounds correct to me Pyrrhus. As per the book, an AP spent for a close combat attack does not permit the unit to turn, so to face Sabre in order to attack they'd need to spend an AP on movement, which permits a spin.
