GMI games & Collectables will be hosting a 750 point Xtreme tournament on the 25th of November, Sunday from 11am till 6pm.

http://www.gmigames.com

GMI is located in Riverside, California, off of Limonite Road.

This also be a fund raising event. Entry fee is 3 canned goods, which will be donated to a local food bank for the holidays.

Also, so spice things up, you can use canned good to purchase rerolls during your games:

The first reroll during a game costs 1 can
The second reroll during a game costs 2 cans
The 3rd reroll during a games costs 4 cans
The 4th reroll during a game costs 8 cans
The 5th reroll during a game costs 16 cans
(you get the idea? double the amount of cans for each reroll).

You cannot reroll a roll that has already been rerolled, and you must accept the result of the second roll (ie you cannot go back to your first roll).

I am working on some fun prizes for this event!!!

Come on out guys and give for those less fortunate!!!

And have a good time doing it!!

I don't know about the re-rolls idea but the 3 can buy in is a great idea. Count me in.

Hey Robyn, I really like the concept of making this a fund raising event! By the way, I'm real sorry I have not been able to make the last two events! I have many excuses why which I will not bore you with, however I am going to give it my best effort to play in November.

Very sad that the number of players was minimal, wish there were more people playing or interested in playing dark age in the 909!

I have my all chic army that I have not painted....looking forward to hopefully having them done by the next event so you take pics and post them, they will be an all "pink" St. Mary group. That is about as girly as you can get, LOL :D

Our numbers last Sunday were abnormally truncated also, two of the usual players had life issues that coincided with that day. So although we only had 4 (including Robyn) normally there would have been 6.

I look forward to having my army destroyed by Pink Mary. LOL

If you can make it Connie there is also the regular 4th Sunday play in October which I believe falls on the 28th.

Well we had a most successful event today at GMI.

We had 6 players:

Rob - Dragyri
Jason - Forsaken - St John
Chrissy - Forsake - St Mary
Jamie - Skarrd
Darci - Brood
Parker - Dragyri

The crew donated a load of Cans for Charity, and in the resulting tournament ended with a three way tie between Jason, Chrissy and Darci!

Hopefully they will be returning next month to finish the contest for the Golden Slave Trophy!

Thanks GMI for hosting the tournament!
Thanks Players for participating and giving!
