Panic Questions

A couple of Panic questions came up in the last game, think we played them right but thought best to get a clarification from the experts.....

1. Can you ignore units that are in Panic when in your Threat Zone, even though they dont give negative modifiers?

2. Can units and Squads receive a Panic counter from a casting such as Cataclysmic Aneurysm if theyve already passed a Panic test or have Rallied previously?
and if the Squad has been effected from the spell and then fall to half strength do they receive a Panic counter?

Yes. Genesis p. 31 Targeting Priorities.


2. Can units and Squads receive a Panic counter from a casting such as Cataclysmic Aneurysm if theyve already passed a Panic test or have Rallied previously?
and if the Squad has been effected from the spell and then fall to half strength do they receive a Panic counter?

Once a Squad passes a Panic test for whwtever reason they no longer need to make a Panic Check for the rest of the game. Genesis p. 39
