Shard Shatter malfunction effect

What are the effects of a malfuntion on any Dragyiri unit with the malfunction on a weapon with the Shard Shatter?

For example, a spearslave rolls a 20 on a CA. What is the effect of Shard Shatter?

It's not in Essence, the Errata, nor Genesis that I can find.

I assume that all units in BtB take the PW of the weapon, correct?

Correct, normal weapon MALs inflict the PW of the AG. As stated under S.S. in addition all units in BtB suffer the effects.
