Applying damage p. 38

In the last line of the paragraph Applying p. 38 there is a NOTE: "Every Critcal Armout Save made against a Power Multiplier Wearon adds 1 to the Damage Taken"

What does this mean? Do they mean critical failure on an armour save? or critical as in getting the exact TN (and then failing the other save on a multiplier)?

Also on p. 37 in Critical Successes and Critical Failures on an AR save, where can I find the DM (damage) for weapons?

Ahh that makes sense. Thanks.

I didnt' see a weapon when I was looking around that had any damage characteristic in the statistics section (notes?), which is why I was curious. But maybe I will look for ED now.
