Warfair in Atlanta (June 23 -25th)

Ok, I know that most of you guys are not familiar wirth Warfair, and I would post more detail, but the website for the event have little listed ( http://www.warfair.org/ ) other than its on June 23 -25th and is within about 10 minutes of my house. I know Kyle tends to attend and that Grafter has talked about a DA convention.

@Grafter, are you planning anything?

@Kyle, are you coming this year?

@the rest of you, if I can swing it with my wife to put a few of you losers up during the Con (if Grafter is planning something . . . ), who might be interested? I have to run this by Masako, but hell, if she gets to go to Hawaii for five weeks, I deserve som fun as well!

Figured as much. Just have to find some time this week and touch base. Also need to work on terrain for him. Too much to do and too few hours in the day.

Heck yea I'm going! I am overjoyed it's on again this year. Scary thing when a con skips a year. We need to have a Dark Age event.

Will have to touch base. If you want a place to stay, I already have it approved. Will have to see if any of the others are interested. Rizzen lives very very close to both myself and the con (although I have not seen the new house yet . . . ), so likely we can drag him in again. Grafter is on the other side of town.

I live close enough that it is easy to go to my place to pick up anything we might need and have access to all my terrain.

Well, this looks to have some promise!

OK, been a while since I have been around, that pesky life thing keeps bothering me. I am not sure we are doing anything special for Warfair yet. Briefly talked to Grafter, but nothing really set up. I think Kyle is coming down and I will be at Warfair, so we have a good chance of playing DA, even if we have to do it at my place. Not that such a gathering would be a bad thing.

If anyone else is going to be be here in Atlanta that weekend or going to Warfair, drop me a PM.

I am working on some new terrain for Grafter to use for the up coming cons, and may have it done for Warfair, just depends on how much life keeps intruding.

Man I would like to go, and I could actually work the time off. Problem is money and the lack thereof (and saving the meager pitance I get paid to help to go to Gen Con and Dragon Con). Oh well. Maybe next year.

Understand on all counts. So far just me, Kyle and any of the other locals that make it (Rizzen, Grafter etc . . . ?). Been so busy that I have not had the time to try and set something up. Also not sure of the event space since it looks like they are splitting everything between the very large HobbyTown and the hotel. Guess I will have to try and get more info than what is listed on the web for this year.
