Quick question - I got my order from the online store today and I'm missing a few minis. What's the best way to fix this? Is it to contact [email protected] or to go through customer service?

BOTH SUGGESTIONS are good ideas. with all the GenCon going on, be patient with staff as they might be a bit discombobulated .. but guarantee they will fix any discrepancies..
