Nice, but if it's NMM you're after it could use a bit more contrast.

Well it's been a while but I've finished up my Forsaken again. Just finished off a bunch more Banes, including a few for a friend, more Ravages, a few more Strikes, Nathaniel & Orchid, a Banger, another Weaponsmith, another Haniel, and a Warwind.

Now to get back to work on my Skarrd and Dragyri

Some Hordes to be proud of for sure.

Very nice stuff there! I love the beastman looking guy at the start.
Nice swirl effect on the center gem/orb of your floating stone thingy.
(sorry I don't know all the Hordes monster names).

    Great stuff.

Modeled a chain for Santa Maria and painted Hep. The Hep picture did not turn out so well. I painted on the scars from the book and they turned out nice.

Very nifty there Kyle on both counts. Can't wait to see Mary when she is done.

I need to post pics of my first generic Forsaken colors Clergy Ann and my first two "Lux " painted Dragyri slaves. I did two blue Anns for the official demo armies. All of my Forsaken are in roughly the same collors so the generic troops will look right no matter which saint is leading them. Backwards, I know but I don't always use a saint.

I have been wanting to paint some nice Dragyri for a while but was unsure of the color scheme. I am not crazy about how the demo force turned out color wise. Not bad but not enough umpf. My need them done yesterday demo armies were done in quick dip. I call this my "choc" pant job and the good paint job "lux" after the designations from a 54mm prepainted plastic toy line called "Starlux" that I played with as a kid. You could get cheaper, less historically accurately painted versions of all the figures in the line. "Why does this crusader have metalic lime green chainmail?"
