Skarrd Labs : terrain pics

Hi folks,

I had promised some sneak previews of my new terrain board for Exodus.
I just finished painting the last pieces.
Everything is modular and can be arranged in a lot of diferent ways.
I have enough for a full 2' by 2' board.
The minis are Forsaken : I don't have enough painted Skarrd for a picture session, so let's just assume that a Forsaken expedition has found some abandoned Skarrd facilities..

it is scratchbuilt using bricks cast (that's why I'm an outcast btw) with Hirst Arts moulds. Each brick is 1" by 1", so far here are 648 of them. But to make a modular terrain set, I make tiles of 9 or 18 bricks each and glued on a foamcore base.
I can then put together the tiles any way I want them...

Very cool. I'd personally prefer a more dirty environment but that's just my prefference. You did a good job attending to details and making it look used.

my thoughts exactly ! I planned on having this as a centerpiece with walls on the outside and a few large doors for access.
Outside, I'm planning to make 4 large desert pieces surrounding the lab.

I don't know yet about the playability of playing inside large rooms and using one AP to open or close doors, but will have to try to see if it works..
All doors and wall pieces can be shifted around as is the clutter of barrels and other stuff that provides cover.

This is just screaming for a scenario, right ?
Skarrd ambushing a Forsaken patrol or St Mary escaping from Father Curwen....
