    Deviant roll call

Ok folks, I've seen a lot of DeviantArt addresses in signatures and such, but I wanted to get a propper roll call so we can get everyone in one place. Also feel free to post links to artists who may have caught your attention as noteworthy and such.

For those confused as to what I'm talking about, see here. DevArt is basically a free archive of user created images, flash apps, and the like where you can post your own stuff under your own gallery to get feedback or show off.

A warning however, there may be some suggestive images which should be filed to not show up unless you're logged in and have the image filter turned off, but the users are only human (and not always very bright) and thus occasionally forget to check the box when they submit. I also appologise for the extreme breadth of anime fan art, I'm a bit of a fan and it even gets to me sometimes.

    Anyways, here's mine: http://vaxillus.deviantart.com/
Some of it is old and not very good, some of it is new and not very good, but I hope you at least get a bit of enjoyment from having a peek. I should be updating it with a lot of stuff in the style of DESOLATION 001 pretty soon, which should hopefully bring up the overall quallity of the gallery. And if you have the time, critiques are always appreciated.

    Weeell..I'm here:

    http://xeoram.deviantart.com/

Its pretty much a progress of my drawing from when I started it maybe 18 months ago (on and off in between). Almost all charecters and figures with a heavy emphasis on pens and such. Might be better if I wasn't actually self taught...

@Vax, your gallery is awesome man! Great stuff in there. Can't wait to see more Desolation stuff.

Lots of random bits and bobs, and I've only been using it since september 2006, even though I created the account in 2002. I lurked for like four years before I felt brave enough to put something up

@Vax: Great gallery, looking forward to seeing more

People on Deviant Art I think are worth a look:

http://abiogenisis.deviantart.com/ - guy I mentioned in another thread.

http://alexiuss.deviantart.com/ - this guy is totally awesome and he knows it.

    http://chrike.deviantart.com/

    http://machineroom.deviantart.com/

    http://decrepitude.deviantart.com/

    http://fangedfem.deviantart.com/

    http://rainsongs.deviantart.com/

    http://withindreams.deviantart.com/

    http://ochrejelly.deviantart.com/

http://liiga.deviantart.com/ - great gallery and a few really useful tutorials.

http://imaginism.deviantart.com/ - I love the Big Bad Bunny Eater!

That's all I can think of for now... I have plenty in my favourites though.

    21 new messages!?!? Holy...

Thanks for the avalanche of replies guys, now to get to reading them.

@ xeoran: one of my favorite artists there is, as far as I know, mostly self taught to don't let that discourage you. I love your pen stuff, you've got the knack and are doing a great job including all the details like sachels and such. And if you like the DESOLATION stuff now, wait till you find out what it's for...

@ Sharae: I was a slow starter too, mainly because I usually just doodle in my sketchbook and never finish/upload anything. I've been loving all the photomanips you've put up here, and the few pencil drawings that are in there are awesome as well.

@ Magpie: I like good photography, and your landscapes more than meet my standards. It's its own beast and not one I plan to try and tame anytime soon.

You should be able to register with a button at the top on the front page. Accounts are free, but you can pay to get a 'premium' account that has extra features I've never been interested in. I did run into a problem once since they apparently carpet bomb IPs to ban abusive users, so I had to set up my account from a different location. It's also worth noting that you don't even have to post anything, there's a watch feature which allows you to track your favorite artists/friends. I only know about 8 people on there, but I'm watching over 30 more.

Speaking of which, thanks to Sharae for posting all those. I'm trying to find time to look through them and everyone's galleries, so expect some coments later.

Before I get to checking into every one's DA galleries (which I've done for most if not all already), I'll throw mine out- http://saevus.deviantart.com

Buttloads of demons, power armor, cartoon animals and a few album covers. A lot of it is adult content so you'll have to have an account to access that stuff.
