Ice Arbiter and now is out time

just a quick question do not panic im not gonna go on a crusade

if i use ice arbiters now is our time when he as taken charge of a unit of frostbites, does both the ice arbiter and frostbites activate, or is it just the ice arbiter, the reason i ask is because when a unit activates they activate one by one. i would read Genesis but my book fell to pieces a few days ago and today my daughter thought it would be great to mess all the pages up and i cant be bothered sorting them all out with the damn heat here in the UK, i was sat before staring at the TV not really watching as you do when your minds else where and i got thinking about it.

thank god for that because thats how ive been playing it, its just i couldnt remember reading the full rule in the book, and i took someone elses word for it with out checking it out fully.
