Heap of ideas
Holla alltogether!
Planning roughly some terrain stuff for Salt Nomads and have a broad collection of ideas. But I like it to be much more interesting, so here's my question to you:
What do you think could, should or must be included into a Salt Nomad specific terrain piece? Or for converting Forsaken into Salt Nomads?
The hunt is on, please post your ideas ...

forgive my ignorance but wtf is a salt nomad? a nomad in search of salt? one who hoards salt? one who travels through salt deposit areas? or is it some sort of humanoid made of salt crystals?
-
Well, I think that means you don't have Exodus handy? They're the local outcasts living at the border to the Great Expanse
-
nope I don't have it handy.. I have been remiss in purchasing alot of stuff since I cannot afford anything besides the bills, food and summer camp stuff for my kids.. In fact I am probably about 2 years behind the curve now.

I think the turrip hide huts they live in would be a good setting. Not the whole tribe obviously (unless you were raiding one of them) but one or two. I also envision the salt nomads living in a desert environment that resembles the Arizona salt flats leading into the Saharah desert kind of place. I like the idea of using Joshua trees to add something to the feel. The occasional bolder of course. Just some ideas to help feed your subject line.

Maybe a vast flat expanse of cracked salt? Hey, at least it's easy.

A well: A good centre point for the board. Out in the desert any water will be worth fighting over. Away from water most people will be too busy trying not to die of thirst to worry much about combat.
Also, if there
