Saint Leonards is the oldest saint on Samaria - 50 years old and head of a unique squad of 'humans'. Going by the name of "The Nephilim", this Outcast and Forsaken squad is made up of the next level of humans: Psychics and Superhumans. Saint Leonards is not without abilities of his own. He has the ability to detect dormant abilities within humans. For 20 years he has spent his life finding and training these soldiers; he believes they will be the future. In the last 10 years he has been researching a way to bring out less dominant abilities and a way to make the abilities of his soldiers strong enough for battle. The answer turned out to be a formula he called "Liquid Light", all the energy of heaven in the hand of man. With his army he hopes to take the lead in the advancement of his people, starting with their evolution.
