Help regarding domain hosting company

Hey Guys,

I am quite eager about writing and am thinking of creating my own blog. I have done some inquiry on how to go regarding it and understand that I would be good if I buy my own domain hosting. Could anyone please mention which is the top hosting provider to try with? I am pretty much excited and can't hang about to see my blog online.

I use blogspot and have found it to be everything I ever needed without spending a dime (http://jestorsminihouse.blogspot.com). The interface is easy and, if you wanted to spend the time, could literally make it look just like any web page you wanted to design.

I own a web site that I host through Go Daddy but we do everything for that site offline and just use them to upload so I am not sure how good thier interface is. Thier uptime is amazing and I have never gotten an email that the site is down when someone wanted to go look at it.

I will jump in with Jestor, I use the exact same thing, literally - my blog - http://throneofangels.blogspot.com/ and my wifes business site is hosted by Go Daddy but all changes are made offline and uploaded.
