    Also, can you attack dying units? (To push them beyond regeneration, for example)?

    I think so since it is still in play. At least that is what happened today at the demo game.

    Still a new player myself having only read the quick start rules so far ... I understand you HAVE TO activate dying units but wondering whats the use of doing that - apart from giving your opponent 2 succesive activations.

    From the way it works is that if you have already activated the unit the turn it starts dying then you will have a chance to recover it at the start of the next turn. It's if he/she/it started dying before the activation that you will be forced to die. Its all about timing and target priority when it comes to killing units with Regen..especally the bigger units with a ton of HP.

    Absolutely; shooting/attacking Dying models is a great way to bump off troublesome Regenerators!
