Advice for some demo games

Ok going to start doing some Demo games for Dark Age over the next couple of weekends and have three different 500pt forces to use. Not sure if this is the right place for this subject but any help would be greatly apprecated. These are all the models I have availble ATM so can't really mix and match and don't want to proxy for a demo game.

Air Caste Arbiter of Balance, 6 Spear Slaves, 5 Spear Slaves, 2 Whispers and a Death Device

Toxic Cult = Father Curwen, Golab, Grafter, Saber, 3 Harpies, 3 Buzz Blades

Brood = Scion, 2 Lashers, 2 Grists, 2 Ratchets, 2 Broodhounds, 3 Broodlings

The only thing i have extra are Broodlings which I got 10 total. For a 500pt Demo which two lists would you all feel would give the best balance as well as well as the ability to cover most of the rules. Most of the people I see wanting to learn the game are vets at mini gaming so don't feel the need to do smaller games since these guys enjoy jumping in to the "standard" size games to learn.

I am also going to be doing a New to miniture demo game and was thinking of maybe 2-5 models a side so any advice from what I have avalible would be good for that.

Looks good. Scince they're vet gamers your forces will allow them to get in the thick of it.
