Would be interested to see how you manage to fit the apparatus solidly to his back. Pinning?
I'm also wondering where you place the sleaves for the swords (sorry no native English speaker here so don't know the right word for them)

They are in the process of being pinned. It is delicate and frustrating work. He will look good though. I think Dassenkop means the grafted talons/claws.
