    Block Stopper (2)

So, Mongo has block stopper (2)... rules read that block stopper increases your cover by (X) levels... Mongo out in the open counts as having full cover correct?

So what if Mongo has partial cover... if we add two levels to that doesn't that make Mongo completely obscured?

That is correct. If Mongo is in any type of Cover he is basically not targetable by ranged attacks.

Sometimes it's nice carrying a buildings worth of concrete with you at all times.

Lets be honest though...Mongo is a great char but really needs that ability. Otherwise then he would be shot down by most other armies long before he has a chance to shine.

You need ED damage, stun or paralizing poison to put Mongo down.

Mongo's not afraid of ED, he's Tough as Nails!

Tough as Nails only stops the second Wound on a critically failed Armor Save; Mongo still hates getting pimped by ED!

ED damage was designed to put down the big guys of the game, like Mongo, luck kit kai, Raze, and so on. I reccomend that at least one unit have ED damage in every game.

How does this rule relate to template attacks like sprays and streams? If Mongo is in partial cover but the template can still cover part of him can he be targeted?
